Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Policy

At TLOG, our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers, and the environment. This HSE Policy outlines our commitment to managing risks and preventing harm to people and the environment.

This policy applies to all Trinidad Lake Asphalt Oil and Gas operations, including:

  1. Asphalt distribution and supply;
  2. Oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation;
  3. Engineering, construction, and maintenance activities;
  4. All employees, contractors, and third-party personnel
  1. Identify and manage HSE risks associated with our operations;
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  3. Provide training and resources to employees and contractors;
  4. Encourage employee participation and reporting of HSE concerns;
  5. Continuously monitor and improve HSE performance;
  6. Protect the environment and prevent pollution;
  7. Ensure safe and healthy working conditions;
  1. Zero harm to people and the environment;
  2. Compliance with HSE regulations and standards;

  1. Risk assessment and management;
  2. Hazard identification and control;
  3. Incident reporting and investigation;
  4. Emergency response planning; and
  5. Training and competency programs; and

Performance monitoring and review.

  2. Regular HSE training and refresher
  3. Competency
